This Thanksgiving, I decided to do something different and spent the holiday in San Antonio at a beautiful resort, and it turned out to be the perfect way to unwind and recharge. The resort was surrounded by rolling hills and tall oak trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere that felt like a world away from the usual holiday chaos. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and relaxing the place was, with its blend of cozy charm and modern comfort. Thanksgiving dinner was one of the best parts of the trip. The resort put together an incredible feast, complete with perfectly roasted turkey, delicious sides, and desserts that were impossible to resist. My favorite was the cranberry-orange chutney, which added a fresh, tangy twist to the meal. After dinner, I spent my time exploring the beautiful grounds, enjoying the crisp fall air and quiet surroundings that made it easy to disconnect and just be present. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, adding to the overall experience of warmth and hospitality. This trip was a refreshing change from the usual holiday routine. Instead of stressing over cooking, cleaning, or hosting, I was able to fully enjoy the season in a peaceful and relaxing way. By the time I left, I felt truly rested, grateful, and ready to carry that sense of calm with me into the busy weeks ahead.
